Our collaboration
In early 2024, Mark approached me with a proposal to work again for the third time to migrate his website, which I had previously built for him on the Kajabi online course platform, to WordPress.
After an initial meeting to discuss the project, Mark and I collaborated regularly using Trello, email and regular one-to-one meetings.
We adopted an iterative approach to building the site, identifying the work required and tweaking it as required.
Going live involved some DNS updates, pointing the web domain at the new website.
The whole project took around two weeks.
